1. Delivery Policy
- Standard Delivery:
- Orders for ready-made items are processed within 2-5 business days and delivered within 7-15 business days, depending on your location.
- Custom orders may take 15-30 business days for processing and delivery due to the design and crafting time.
- Delivery Charges:
- Delivery fees depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
- For international orders, additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery Delays:
- While we aim to meet our timelines, unexpected delays due to shipping partners or customs may occur. If there’s a delay, we will notify you immediately.
2. Refund and Exchange Policy
- No Refunds for Custom Orders:
- Once a custom order is placed and production begins, we do not offer refunds as each piece is made specifically for you.
- Refund for Ready-Made Items:
- Refunds are available for ready-made items if the product is returned in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
- Exchanges:
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues with ready-made items, subject to stock availability.
- Custom orders cannot be exchanged due to the personalized nature of the designs.
3. Sizing Policy
- Ready-Made Clothing:
- We provide a size chart for all ready-made items. Please review the chart carefully before making a purchase.
- Incorrect size selection is not the responsibility of Motlin Fashion Concepts.
- Custom Orders:
- Customers can select sizes using our standard size options (e.g., S, M, L, XL) or provide detailed finished Garment measurements they require for a perfect fit. It is the Customer’s responsibility to factor in the ease they require to their fitted body measurement to derive the finished Garment measurement. In order words, the custom Garment will be produced to the exact measurement provided by the client except in situations where a shrinkage or stretch factor is anticipated, the circumference measurement may be slightly increased in the case of an anticipated shrinkage or slightly reduced in the place of anticipated stretch to factor in the fabric behavior.
- If you need adjustments after receiving the item, additional fees may apply.
4. Customization Policy
- What Can Be Customized:
- Style: You can choose from the styles we offer.
- Garment Length or Sleeves Length: within the confines our standard length, length adjustments can be accommodated without extra charge. Nonetheless, You can request longer Garment lengths or custom sleeve length
- Example: A request for an extended length beyond our standard Garment length or sleeves length may incur additional charges based on fabric usage.
- Color Options: You can select your preferred color from our available palette.
- Fabric Choice: Customers can choose from our curated selection of fabrics.
- Consultation Fees:
- Custom orders require a consultation to finalize your preferences. Consultation is strictly by email to ensure clarity and proper documentation of Project expectations.
- Consultation fee payment is required before project discussion and will be applied towards project cost if the Customer wishes to commence with the Project! The pre-paid consultation fees will become non-refundable if the Customer doesn’t wish to commence with the Project.
- Extra Charges for Custom Lengths or Designs:
- Requests for extended lengths, extra fabric, or intricate details will incur additional costs.
5. Payment Policy
- Payment Terms:
- Full payment is required for ready-made items at the time of purchase.
- For Custom orders, a Pre-Payment Consultation fee which can be applied towards Project cost is required if there is a mutual agreement to commence with the Project.
- Custom order Projects that have been agreed upon for commencement, requires a FULL PAYMENT upfront to begin production, The Pre-paid consultation fee will be applied towards the full Project cost to reduce the Balance due.
- Consultation is strictly by written communication either via email or WhatsApp texting to avoid any misunderstanding or miscommunication as per Project expectations.
- Accepted Payment Methods:
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and secure online payment gateways.
6. Alteration Policy
- For Ready-Made Items:
- We do not offer free alterations for ready-made clothing. You can request adjustments at an additional cost.
- For Custom Orders:
- Minor alterations are complimentary within 7 days of delivery. However, major alterations will be charged.
