We try to ship all items together. However, for large orders or items from different warehouses, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for non-customized orders within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  1. The return request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
  2. The item must be in its original packaging, tamper-proof, unused, and undamaged.
  3. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

Which items are non-returnable?

  • Customized or personalized items (as they are made specifically for you).
  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our support team with your order details, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If your item arrives damaged, take clear photos and email our support team immediately. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
