Frequently asked Questions

Our standard processing time for custom-made dresses is 7-14 business days, depending on the design complexity and order volume. Shipping times are additional, based on your location. We use Canada Post for shipping within Canada. International orders will be sent with a tracking code via email once shipped.

We offer a 14-day return policy for non-customized orders. Returns are accepted if:

  1. The return request is made within 14 days from the delivery date.
  2. The items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, including tamper-proof seals. Note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a mistake on our part.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately via email or phone. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code via email. For Canada-based orders, tracking can be done directly via Canada Post. For international orders, we’ll send the tracking code via email for you to track through your chosen courier.

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. If the order has already been shipped, please reach out to the carrier (Canada Post or other international couriers) to request a redelivery or redirect.

In most cases, all items will be shipped together. However, if you order multiple items and some are made-to-order, they may be shipped separately based on availability.
